Things to take note of:1)All order deadlines are one week before the time of pick up.
2)Invoices will be written up and sent to you the Friday before pick up. It is important to note that all calculations are based on weight and delivery fees.
3)Please do not be late! We are on a tight schedule and can not wait for you. If there are any issues please call us or make arrangements to pick up at another drop point or at the farm.
4)Delivery fees are .25 cents a pound no matter how large or small an order is.
5)Seasonal items may sell faster, if we are out of stock of a product you will not receive it. We are able to substitute a different item for you if you would like.
6)On farm sales have first priority of West Wind Acres inventory and buyers club second.
7)If an order has not been picked up or arranged to be picked up within 7 days it will be donated to a local food pantry and you will still be charged.
